• Animated art is not for Live2D use. You will receive an .mp4 or .mov file (You will not receive PSD files.)
• Rush orders/commercial use are double the base price.

Terms Of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to all of my ToS.

Payment

  • Pay 50% (non-refundable) or full upfront (PayPal USD only). If paid in full and client wishes to cancel after work has begun, only 50% is refundable.

  • I will issue a full refund if I am unable to complete the commission by no fault of the client.

  • Commercial and rush orders are double the total price. ➠When do I charge commercial usage?

  • Final artwork will be delivered after full payment has been made.

Usage and Rights

  • Credit my Instagram (@0046nd) and/or Twitter (@0406ND) where the work is used.

  • Do not resell, alter, or use the work for purposes other than its original intent without permission. If the client wishes to make any additional uses of the work, the client agrees to seek permission and make such payments as are agreed to between the parties at that time.

  • AI training and NFT use is strictly prohibited.

  • I have the right to share the finished piece and WIPs on my social media or use it for my portfolio. Please let me know ahead of time if you would like it kept private while a WIP.

General

  • Please provide clear image references, I won't draw from a written description only. Please provide context if possible for OC's to avoid OOC (out of character).

  • WIPs will be provided and revisions may be requested during sketch stage only (major revision requests such as a completely new composition will result in an extra fee).

  • After the sketch is agreed on, 3 minor revisions will be accepted for free. Any extra will result in an extra fee.

  • There will be no revisions/communication for surprise me!/SKEB colored sketch commissions.

  • Turn around is 2-4 weeks depending on my schedule.

  • I may refuse a commission if I feel I can't complete the request (some rush orders may not be accepted).

  • Files will be deleted off of Google Drive 3 weeks after delivery. Please download it before then.

Commercial Use

Commercial usage is charged if the product is shown on stream/premieres that receive direct monetary profit through donations, superchats, ads, etc.
